SHNC Childcare - Day Care Expression of Interest

Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre (SHNC) will be offering Long Day Care services when the new Surry Hills Library and Community Centre (SHLCC) opens in January 2009. Demand for this service is expected to be high. Parents and carers are invited to complete the form below to indicate their interest in sending their child or children to this service. By submitting the form, you will be automatically added to our waiting list, and you also have the opportunity to influence how the service will be operated.
